Eligibility

You may use SnowFox VPN only if you are legally permitted to use VPN services in your location and can enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, network rules, employer or school policies, and platform requirements that apply to you.

The service is not intended for children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

02

Service Description

SnowFox VPN provides tools for establishing a VPN tunnel through supported servers, selecting an available region or node, viewing connection state and duration, and displaying technical connection information such as a masked IP address and traffic indicators.

Server locations, routing, speeds, protocols, capacity, advertising, and individual features may vary by device, build, network, country, and provider configuration.

03

Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SnowFox VPN on devices you control for lawful personal use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

04

Acceptable Use

You must not use or attempt to use the service to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions, or the rights of another person.
  • Distribute malware, conduct phishing, attack systems, scan without authorisation, interfere with networks, or gain unauthorised access.
  • Transmit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive material.
  • Evade legitimate access controls, facilitate fraud, conceal unlawful conduct, or compromise service integrity.
  • Resell, sublicense, automate, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your device and for keeping your device reasonably secure.

05

Privacy and VPN Processing

The SnowFox VPN Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Providing a VPN tunnel necessarily involves transmitting traffic through VPN or proxy infrastructure. Destination services and technical providers may receive information needed to deliver network requests. Use the service only if this processing is acceptable to you.

06

Advertising

The app may display native or interstitial advertising, including after connection-related or navigation events. Advertising availability, format, frequency limits, personalisation, and measurement may be controlled by third-party providers, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

You must not fraudulently interact with ads or interfere with ad delivery or measurement.

07

Third-Party Services

SnowFox VPN may depend on app stores, operating-system services, VPN or proxy infrastructure, public IP or connectivity-check endpoints, advertising providers, and email services. Third-party products are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent content, acts, security, availability, or data practices.

08

Availability and Changes

We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any server, node, protocol, feature, or part of the service for operational, security, commercial, or legal reasons. Maintenance, provider outages, congestion, device restrictions, and local network conditions may interrupt service.

SnowFox VPN does not guarantee a particular speed, location, IP address, website availability, uptime level, or ability to bypass any restriction.
09

Intellectual Property

SnowFox VPN software, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works except as authorised by us or permitted by law. Third-party software remains subject to its applicable licences.

10

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or absolute security. A VPN reduces certain network risks but cannot make every device, account, transmission, or activity completely private or secure.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, access, reputation, or business arising from the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where a liability cap is required and lawful, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly for SnowFox VPN during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, provider restriction, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's registered location, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

14

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms for product, provider, legal, security, or operational changes. Updated Terms will show a new effective date and be made available through the app, distribution page, or publication location. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
